REFUNDS & CANCELLATION FEES

  • No cancellation fee if a trip is a canceled within 24 hour prior to pick-up time. A full refund will then be issued back to the card used to book that trip, and funds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account.
  • A 35% cancellation fee applies to all one-way and round trips canceled less than 24 hour prior to pick-up time, which includes trips booked for same-day or immediate pick up. A refund minus 35% cancellation fee will then be issued back to the card used to book that trip, and funds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account.
  • No-Show: If you don’t show up for your trip or cancel your trip after the driver has arrived to your pick up location on time, you will be billed for the full price of the trip (or at least 50% NO-SHOW FEE depending on the circumstances). Please understand that we have to compensate for loss of business and driver’s time, so there will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
